On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double and the other with a twin over a double bunk bed. The master suite on the second floor has a queen. The private yard offers a natural fire pit and lots of room to relax and unwind. The wrap around driveway gives you plenty of parking space. It's just a short walk down to the Hollywood Hills Association beach, docks and boat launch where you can enjoy even more of what the area has to offer!
